In the midst of the pandemic, I was entrusted with a unique project: creating a series of six online concerts for OFF Festival, with the city of Katowice as the setting. My responsibilities spanned every aspect—selecting locations, crafting visual narratives for each performance, filming, editing, and supervising the entire production. The complete creative freedom I was granted allowed me to channel my emotions and artistic vision into the project.
Looking back now, I see how profoundly the visuals echo a deeply personal chapter of my life—the passing of my father. Three of the concerts were filmed before his death and three after. At the time, I didn’t fully grasp how this emotional shift influenced the footage. It became an intense and transformative journey, defying the notion that "it’s just work."
The series featured performances by Artur Rojek, Piernikowski, Coals, Trupa Trupa, Zamilska, Pianohooligan, and Kuba Więcek.
