War. My Home

Eido, Base, Layla, Nofa, Dawood, Mariam, Sadia, their loved ones, and over 6 million other residents of Iraq were forced to flee their homes due to war.

This project documents the experiences of those who have endured the harsh realities of displacement, with images captured in camps for internally displaced people and in areas that have been under regular attacks by forces of the so-called Islamic State. It highlights the resilience of communities affected by ongoing conflict and the strength they show in the face of adversity.
