The music video was filmed in Colombo at Sirisara Uyana – a twelve-story building where over a thousand families live in 780 apartments. This building is one of several constructed for the poor working class, who were forcibly relocated there. The small living spaces, poor technical condition of the apartments, and lack of fire safety systems have led to regular protests organized by residents.
